SEO Snapshot - Support Page

Welcome to the SEO Snapshot extension support page! I'm delighted that you are using my instant SEO audit tool. If you encounter an issue or have a question, you will find the necessary resources here.

1. Installation or Functionality Issues

If the extension does not appear in your toolbar or is not working correctly:

• Check Activation: Go to the chrome://extensions page and ensure that the SEO Snapshot extension is enabled.
• Pin the Icon: Click the puzzle piece icon in your Chrome toolbar, then click the pin icon next to SEO Snapshot to make it permanently visible.
• Restart: Try restarting your Chrome browser to ensure the installation is complete.

2. The Extension Does Not Work on Certain Sites

The extension needs access to the page content to function. If it is not executing:

• Refresh the Page: A simple refresh of the web page often resolves loading issues.
• Check Restrictions: The extension cannot function on internal Chrome pages (like chrome://settings) or on the Chrome Web Store itself.
